Dental care in the United States is delivered mostly by private practices: a general or family dentist who handles exams, cleanings, fillings and crowns, and refers out anything that needs a specialist. Group practices and dental clinics put several dentists, hygienists and sometimes specialists under one roof, often with evening and Saturday hours. Most offices ask new patients for a comprehensive exam with X-rays before routine cleanings, which the American Dental Association recommends every six months. Prices are set by each practice, and most accept dental insurance (PPO plans more widely than HMO ones), CareCredit-style financing or an in-house membership plan for people without coverage. Emergency dental services take same-day patients for toothaches, broken teeth and abscesses, usually at a premium.

Hours are published for 4 days a week. Typical hours are 8:30 am–7 pm. Note that it does not open on Friday, Saturday, Sunday. Been going here for a couple years now. Never had any issues besides the front not answering sometimes when I need to schedule. But when I need something done, they take care of it. Joe has been great on the medical side helping with everything I have issues with and always very nice! and Kim in dental always takes good care of me and is super sweet! Gets me scheduled as soon as she can. Overall I like coming here, it's a great place for people who don't have insurance that needs help.

IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO REVIEW I WOULD!!! The FRONT office with their pick and choose who to help mentality is sickening. NOTHING EVER HAPPENS WHEN YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT THE SERVICE THERE EITHER it's almost like the front office girls are related to the boss or something! I was blessed to be able to utilize the services here since last year. First visit I got regular work done and no problem. However, the doctor at the time also gave me a referral to an EYE doctor as they work with a company but no one there is an eye doctor. Again, NO Problem. I go to check out and the girls in the front said that the EYE Dr place will call me. THEY NEVER DID nor did the girls in the front follow up with me to let me know what was going on. Furthermore, I was waiting for blood work to come back from that same initial visit. Tell me why I called the girls in the front and NOBODY could get my blood work back from Lawnwood (or they just didn't want to do their job). This was almost a month of ongoing back and forth between me and the girls up front. FINALLY, I HAD TO DO THEIR JOB FOR THEM AND CALL LAWNWOOD TO HAVE MY RECORDS SENT OVER. Something the front office girls SHOULD be doing. Here we are a year

I can't figure out how to leave a new review, so today (12/8/25) I'm adding to the one from a week ago. Noor did a great job! She went above and beyond to try to relieve preexisting sensitivity and then went on to complete my dental work. A job well done! Thank you. Dr. Gott made sure everything turned out well and I appreciate his oversight and steering everything in the right direction. Thanks for everything guys. Last week, Andy did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was very informative about how to better maintain them and avoid causing damage. Kim, as always, did the best she possibly could to accomodate when scheduling. You guys are great! Thank you.

On the medical side Nurse Joe hooked me up with Moffitt Cancer Center in Tampa for my colorectal cancer I am now cancer free. I owe him my life literally. On the dental side I've had many extraction s and fillings plus dentures made all pretty much pain free. Thanks to the dentist and staff. Kim the coordinator is a godsend scheduling and setting all my procedures up to accommodate me. She is great. Such a great experience going to Hands.

Absolutely a life saver! I am a 60 year old woman. That for the longest time, would have to skip going to see a " much needed "health provider or dental care, because I couldn't afford it. An exceptional and much more compassionate group, that I've experienced, that I appreciate so much! Thank you so much for your participation and thoughtfulness to bring your knowledge and time our way! ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 🫢
